Developed curriculum, program structures, program promotional material and evaluation methods for the Postgraduate Diploma in marketing (2 year course), Preliminary Certificate in Marketing  (4 months course), specialized short courses in Marketing, Masters in Business Administration (2 year program) and Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing (2 year program).

i) M&N Solutions Private Limited (Sri Lanka)

Director/Co- Founder   – 2004 to 2007

Was responsible for the academic and operational administration of the business. Sourced co-authors to write text material, managed the authoring process, handled the printing process, developed administrative aspects of the business and handled training inquires.

ii) Freelance Training and Consulting Experience – 2003 to 2007

Carried out training need analysis, developed training content, delivered 71 training programs, covering 485 training hours, trained over 1435 participants. All of the participants were adult audiences.

Training content included

Customer Service – front line customer service, customer centric selling, services marketing.

Soft Skills Development – work/life skills for front line work, team building skills, time management, out bound training, presentation skills.

Marketing – marketing orientation, loyalty development, developing marketing plans, developing marketing information systems.

Handled international clients and product management activities, designed international standard promotional material with advertising agencies, organized and took part in overseas exhibitions, visited buyers overseas, co-ordinated new product development, periodic reporting of sales, and brand profitability, carried out strategic and annual planning sessions, setting up an international marketing division.
